The Texas Junior College Student Government Association is the only student maintained organization in the state that works to promote the cause of community college students at the local, regional, state and national level. We are composed of over 72 member colleges across the state.
The member colleges are divided into six regional districts drawn at the county level. These regions meet at fall and annual conventions to coordinate activities and to help plan the state convention.
The 40th TJCSGA Convention is April 22-25, 2010.

Here are the rates for the registration & hotel::
Early registration to February 1, 2010: $179 student & $189 advisor
Regular registration February 2-March 31: $199 student & $209 advisor.
On site registration: $209 student and advisor.
Cancellations prior to March 30, 2010 will receive a 50% refund
No refunds will be given for cancellations after March 31.
*Substitutions will not be penalized and can be done as late as check-in!
Room rates are $159 single to double occupancy and $179 triple to quadruple.
